CETIN AY, "LEADER"

He does not use power for personal gain.
He does not turn authority into a shield.
Because a leader knows that position is temporary.
Once reputation is damaged, it can never be restored.
Human relations are not a secondary element of leadership, but its center.
Structures built on fear cannot stand for long.
Silence is not always loyalty.
Sometimes, it is simply the result of pressure.
True commitment stems from openness and consistency.
Leadership is being able to say the same thing in front of everyone as it does behind closed doors.
Leadership is not about controlling.
It is about empowering.
It is about clarifying, not silencing.
It is about taking responsibility, not covering things up.
A structure can only grow in this way.
Otherwise, it may seem to grow, but it rots from within.
Leadership is not measured solely by internal company success.
As the sphere of influence grows, so does the responsibility.
Every decision has consequences. And that consequence will eventually emerge.
Therefore, leadership is not just about achieving goals.
It's about being able to walk the path without polluting it.
It's about winning and not leaving wreckage behind.
If the leader at the head of an organization is corrupt,
they spread wrongdoing and theft; they multiply betrayal.
Because someone who is corrupt and treacherous alone cannot stand.
To stay afloat, they make everyone like themselves.
That's why general managers are chosen.
Not because they are clean,
but because they are willing to be corrupt and treacherous.
In these types of organizations,
those who are corrupt, who steal, who betray, remain;
those who are clean cannot survive, are not allowed to survive.
Over time, corruption and betrayal descend to the lower ranks.
As it descends, it multiplies.
Everyone carries a piece of it;
no one is solely responsible.
For these reasons, the structure seems to stand.
But it is no longer managed; it is covered up.
However, what should happen is this:
If the leader at the top is clean,
dirty, treacherous, and traitorous managers cannot hold on.
Because a clean center does not harbor dirt and betrayal.
Those who are tainted are either cleansed or they leave.
Leadership is not an individual virtue; it is a heavy trust.
When carrying this trust becomes difficult,
it is necessary to question oneself, not the position.
Because leadership is not
the art of remaining in office despite betrayal and theft.
A corrupt leader will not relinquish their position.
Because if they leave,
the accumulated wealth and betrayal under the seat will be revealed to the holding company owner.
The CEO must be chosen wisely.
Otherwise, the holding company will fall apart.
Your own property, assets, and power will
fall into the wrong hands and be used against you.
But the loss is not just money.
The order is disrupted.
The operation collapses.
Employees turn against each other.
Trust ends, and everyone suspects each other.
They take over a structure from within, not from the outside.
A company is weakened and fragmented not by your competitors, but by those who are like you.
Therefore, when choosing a leader, one should look not only at their record, but also at their past and their connection to values.
Because the wrong manager is the door opened from within the holding company.
The fortress is conquered from within, not from the outside.
Companies are no longer managed as they used to be.
They come from the other side of the world,
take over your company,
buy it, fragment it.
Because the danger is sought outside;
the blow comes from the most trusted.
Structures are taken over from within by corrupt leaders.
