IS THERE AN OVERSITY OF PARTY LEADERS, BUT A SHORTAGE OF LEADERS, IN TURKEY?!

The question of why some opposition party leaders lack sufficient courage is being debated in the public sphere. The courage referred to here is the ability to take political risks and the will to create a stronger opposition.

On one side, there is a political party that has been in power for almost a quarter of a century. This is also being criticized.

On the other side, there are opposition parties that have a presence on the ground but remain within the boundaries they have drawn, contenting themselves with appeasing public discontent.

Some party leaders are failing to demonstrate the necessary strong leadership.

Citizens are working on the ground, attending rallies, waiting in the rain, and fighting; but this effort is not reciprocated by some party leaders. Is it fear of losing their positions, or the trauma of the past? It's unclear.

They are backtracking, not taking risks; even their words are carefully chosen.

Explaining this situation solely through pressure is insufficient. There is a leadership crisis.

Either courage is lacking, or those who possess it cannot reach the point.

Politics abhors a vacuum. If there is no will to fill that void, the void doesn't remain; it is controlled.

If this isn't a coincidence, we are facing a conscious choice.

Or is the system promoting party leaders who are more controlled, aware of their limits, and won't push forward…?

If everyone is in the trenches and no one can step forward, the problem isn't with the soldiers, but with the leader.

The voters and cadres on the ground are ready to fight. But the defined boundaries are narrowing the political arena.

Outsights are limited, objections are controlled.

There's an understanding that wouldn't even hold a rally if they weren't forced to; and when they do, they don't show courage, they only "appease" the citizens' reaction.

Politics cannot be done with fear! An ineffective political approach becomes the greatest guarantee of a strong government. Expecting strong political courage from a flawed political model is harder than making a camel jump over a ditch!

Acting according to the rhythm of politics means not leaving your comfort zone to maintain the current situation and stay in power.

As long as a hesitant political model exists, a strong opposition will not emerge.

A structure that only saves the day will be formed. This understanding turns into a survival tactic for a party leader focused on maintaining comfort.

A political approach that remains cautious even when entering the field and determines its discourse according to the framework drawn by the government is "the greatest guarantee of the current government."

This is not politics; it is a system built on not stepping outside the boundaries.

Unless some opposition party leaders with this understanding change,

this picture will not change…!!!

It is now necessary to face this reality:

The problem is not just who is in power, but who can truly lead.

If there is no courage, there is no change; if there is no risk, there is no politics.

And if this system does not change, the problem is not only with the visible actors, but also with the way those actors emerge.

Leadership without willpower neither governs the electorate nor the field.
